Terms and Conditions


  • All products offered in our shop are brand new and free of defects.
  • In order to receive your purchase, you will be requested to submit accurate data, i.e. address, phone number and e-mail address for confirming the order. No order will be accepted without a contact telephone number. If for any reason whatsoever we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know right away.
  • By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees for the storage and processing of personal data submitted for the purpose of fulfilling the order. These data shall not be disclosed to third parties.
  • Goods will be dispatched upon the receipt of payment into our company bank account or upon the receipt of payment confirmation. Goods are dispatched within 4 days of receiving payment. If goods cannot be delivered within the above-specified time, we will contact you to decide on a course of action.
  • Items purchased in our shop may be returned without stating a reason within 14 days of the delivery date. All such items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. brand new, without signs of being worn, in original packaging, with all tags intact and with a warranty card, if was included). Returning the goods, the Customer is required to enclose a purchase cancellation notification and specify the refund method (if you opt for a bank transfer, please indicate the account number into which the refund should be paid). Any claims for refunds cannot exceed the original value of the product. The cost of delivering and returning goods is not refundable.
  • We provide one-year quality warranty for all our goods. The warranty period commences on the date of issuing the sales document. Should any item prove faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange the way and time limit for processing your complaint. Returned goods must be clean and carefully packed. The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage resulting from improper use of the product or normal wear and tear. The Seller will examine the complaint within 14 days of receiving the returned items. If your complaint is found to be justified, the product will be repaired or replaced and dispatched at the Seller's expense.
